Very good hotel, very helpful staff, had an incident at 3am with someone trying to get into our room, staff apologised in the morning but it would have been good to know the situation had ben sorted so we could go back to sleep. Maybe security needed looking at. Would use the hotel again

Hotel rooms spacious, clean and well equipped, stylish decor. Buffet breakfast was also good although not especially extensive. Hotel staff friendly and helpful (although initial receptionist attempted to charge for breakfast which had been already included in the rate). The street in which the hotel is located is a little run down at Cromwell Road end but only a couple of buildings look in need of upgrade(Easyjet hotel is located only a few doors along the street). In general area is excellent and quiet, within close location to shops and supermarkets. Very good location for Kensington area, palace, V & A etc, so lots of things to do locally.

My Mum and I stayed for 2 nights during the Chelsea Flower show. The hotel was in the perfect location for us. It is about 15 mins from Sth Kensington Tube Stop and on the Picadilly line Earls court , which made it perfect to access from Heathrow airport. It took 40 mins on the tube from Heathrow. Kensington High St is a great spot to shop. We took a taxi to Chelsea which was only about 15 mins away in heavy traffic. The hotel was quiet and very clean, there is a very nice garden out back was is great for smokers. The staff was friendly too. All in all an ideal spot for a weekend break.

on arrival was given room we suspected was staff accomadation, with no light in walk-in wardrobe, nowhere near lift - complained, had to wait 40 mins for duty mngr to give us decent room - no tea or coffee - you have to request? - 4* ?. staff seem to act like robots, or is that just London!

Stayed only one night. No complaints whatsoever. Staff very helpful and courteous. 1 minor disappointment... . There were no tea making facilities in the room.

this is probably one of the best affordable hotels that i have stayed at in london or any other big city. everything is accessable near tube stations and within walking distance to some nice restaurants
