Our Review

This is a nice hotel in a great location but many guests comment that it doesn't quite meet the mark of a 5 star with many commenting on the expensive internet access and poor service at breakfast. The decor is a little dated but the hotel is clean and well maintained.

The hotel is located next to Kensington Gardens, providing the perfect place in which to relax or go jogging. Shopping, in the local neighbourhoods of Kensington, Knightsbridge and Notting Hill, are as good as it gets. The West End's theatres are a short cab-ride away (15 minutes), and major cultural attractions, such as The Victoria & Albert Museum, just a 10-minute walk.

     bus stop outside but a bit of a walk for a tube...             Short walk to the Albert Hall....             Close to Royal Albert Hall....             Great location for Royal Albert Hall...
