Comment
The real advantage of using this hotel is the location. Just a couple of minutes from Earls Court Tube Station which gives direct access to both Heathrow & the West End. The staff are very pleasant & helpful.
Just a couple of things to be aware of though. There appear to be a couple of steps either up or down to practically everywhere in the hotel so it may not be the best for anybody with a disability. Also being an old building, there is no air conditioning. Finally there is a £2 per day charge for using the safe in the room which I have not encountered in hotels elsewhere.

We stayed for just one night after attending a gig at the Albert Hall (10 minute walk). The room was small but OK for one night, with usual facilities. Shower only with rocky base but basically clean and functional. Staff were excellent, opening bar for us on a late return and generally very helpful. A pair of jeans left in the wardrobe arrived home just the day after calling to say that I thought they might be there. Breakfast good though staff slightly grumpy as we arrived with just 10 minutes to go before they finished, a couple arriving at spot on 10am were refused service. Good value for the price we paid.

I was put in a basement room which was stuffy and I had to leave the window open as no air con. The street above was so noisy with people talking and clattering bottles etc I only got 2 hours sleep.
