The real advantage of using this hotel is the location. Just a couple of minutes from Earls Court Tube Station which gives direct access to both Heathrow & the West End. The staff are very pleasant & helpful. Just a couple of things to be aware of though. There appear to be a couple of steps either up or down to practically everywhere in the hotel so it may not be the best for anybody with a disability. Also being an old building, there is no air conditioning. Finally there is a £2 per day charge for using the safe in the room which I have not encountered in hotels elsewhere.
