Helpful and welcoming staff. Rooms and bathrooms decorated well. Great location just near the underground and bus services.

Top Tip:
Walking distance to Albert Hall and Hyde Park as well as the Natural History, Science and Victoria and Albert Museums. Lots of restaurants nearby with a great choice. Hotel food was also good and reasonably priced.
